Hi, I'm José!

I am your local Bay Area photographer with a passion for traveling and photography. Born and raised in the Bay Area, I come from a Mexican-American heritage. I have traveled all over the country and the world, carrying my camera with me because you never know what you might find. Photography allows me to capture moments in time that would have otherwise been lost.

 

I am grateful for the opportunity to have traveled to places such as Mexico, Australia, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, France, and Belize. It is truly an amazing to have been able to see different parts of the world and get to know the people, culture, and native flora and fauna.

 

Photography has always been a passion of mine. I can be found taking pictures at any given moment or ready with my camera to capture those moments that we want to keep and cherish forever. I started out with film photography then transitioned to digital photography. I now have 8 years of experience, primarily focusing on nature, animals, and people.

 

In 2022, I founded JAVG Photography. I aim to capture your precious life moments so that they may be enjoyed and remembered until the end of time.
